Mahes multi station tip heating machine is produced with power unit, parallel resonance and voltage intermediate circuit topology. Unlike the MSR series induction heaters, the machine can operate even when the heating coil is empty. The length of the material to be heated; pneumatic piston is determined by the sensors on it. The touch screen is used to determine the warm-up time. They are manufactured as 75kVA, 100kVA and 125kVA as standard. At lower and higher power, special production is realized for customer demand. Depending on the application area, coil safety can be increased with isolated transformer. The resonance frequency is monitored continuously, so that the max. yield is obtained.  Advanced overcurrent protection circuit, high temperature control, cooling water pressure warning converts the induction heating machine into a safe structure. Considering the dimensions of the material to be heated, the inductor parts are custom made.
